The Cygnus by Stevolteon The Cygnus by Stevolteon
The first thing I did with the Auriga was sit it next to the Delphinus to recreate the scene after the battle in the game. The Cygnus doesn't make many appearances, let alone with  other ships. The idea struck me to make a tiny version of Fina's ship to recreate the opening sequence... only for me to realise that at the beginning Alfonso isn't ON the Cygnus, it's just a run of the mill Armada ship. Here's the pic nonetheless!

Eventually I'll take some group shots but the Auriga is still in pieces after a trip to a show and back, and the Cygnus is currently borrowing its stand.

Yeah, that 1st ship was another one, huh? I’m pretty certain the Cygnus only appears in Ixa’taka, and only with other Valuan ships. :-) I was looking it over when I was considering doing a 3D render of it, but passed on it at the time. I’d say it’s about the same size the other flagships and that. :-) I’ve got a wallpaper image somewhere of all the Valuan flagships in the one scene.

Yeah, it doesn't have any of the ornamentation on the bow and although it's at night so the colours are muted but it looks to be grey rather than white and yellow. In fact I have half an idea Alfonso wasn't an Admiral at that point.

That picture is kind of what started me on this quest, once I've completed them all I'll recreate it in Lego!

Maybe the Cygnus was having a wash and he took the other ship out. :D His Vice Captain addresses him as Admiral Alfonso at the beginning. :-)
It’d be great to see your line up of all the ships together. ;-)
